Nomogram-based prediction of portal vein system thrombosis formation after splenectomy in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration

Abstract: ObjectiveSplenectomy is a vital treatment method for hypersplenism with portal hypertension. However, portal venous system thrombosis (PVST) is a serious problem after splenectomy.
