Noise Cancellation for HIPERLAN/2 with Open Loop Transmit Diversity Technique

Abstract: A new proposed method is presented, where multiple antennas have been applied into HIPERLAN/2 system in addition to employing space-time diversity technique, especially the Alamouti technique. The suggested approach is used to cancel or reduce the effect of the transmitted power using a feedback signal process within the transceiver unit, especially when the antennas are closely located and working in full-mode duplexing. Several parameters including the transmitted power, the received power, and the feedback … Show more

“…As indicated in (11), it determines the mean and standard deviation from the training data to apply gaussian naïve bayes classifier [32], [33] gaussian naïve bayes selects the input features with the highest probability, to determine which input features have the maximum probability. Figure 7 shows the histogram comparison between two classifiers for human gait between the two genders [34], [35],…”

“…Over time, DL convolutional neural networks have improved picture categorization and identification in a variety of ways. By using deeper network to solve more challenging issues and https://doi.org/10.17993/3ctecno.2023.v12n1e43.282-294 improve classification or identification accuracy is getting more and more popular [17]. Deeper neural network training has proven challenging due to problems like the degradation problem and the vanishing gradient problem.…”

“…The Doherty amplifier operation is explained in detail in many materials; [4][5][6][7][8][9]; however, a short summary will be provided. W. Doherty, in 1936, came up with a new concept for combining two amplifiers outputs [15], Doherty used a quarter-wavelength transmission line and two tube amplifiers.…”

“…The efficiency of power amplifiers can be achieved at the saturation region. Nevertheless, for modulated signals with high PAPR, power amplifiers should be operated at the backed-off region that is far from the most efficient point to keep the required linearity performance, however, the efficiency drops sharply [2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]. The back-off efficiency of power amplifier can be improved using several techniques; among them, the Doherty technique is the easiest, where no digital signal process (DSP) nor additional complex circuity is required.…”
