Nodular Regenerative Hyperplasia

Abstract: Introduction: Nodular regenerative hyperplasia (NRH) is a known etiology of noncirrhotic portal hypertension. Cases of biopsy-proven NRH in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)–positive patients have been described.
