Node-Positive Transcranial Recurrent Melanoma

Abstract: Locally advanced, node-positive recurrence of malignant melanoma is a harbinger of distant metastases and signifies poor prognosis. However, the clinical course may vary due to the unpredictable biology of malignant melanoma.
