Nociception Monitoring

Abstract: Tissue damage and inflammation-induced nociception during surgery are the primary reasons for administering general anesthesia to the patient. During general anesthesia, analgesics inhibit autonomic and somatic responses, hypnotic agents prevent awareness, and neuromuscular blocking agents inhibit reflex movements.
