Abstract: ObjectiveElevated levels of anti‐amyloid‐β (anti‐Aβ) autoantibodies in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have been proposed as a diagnostic biomarker for cerebral amyloid angiopathy‐related inflammation (CAA‐RI).
