Abstract:A 22-year-old right-handed male presented to the Sports Medicine clinic with concerns of upper extremity muscle asymmetry. Physical examination showed gross muscular asymmetry when comparing the left upper extremity to the right. Radial pulses were 2 + on the right and 1 + on the left.
