Abstract: Nitrogen-incorporated tetrahedral amorphous carbon (ta-C:N) has electrochemical properties that are comparable to boron-doped diamond (BDD), but can be deposited at low temperatures, and is scalable across substrate areas substantially exceeding what is currently possible for BDD.
