Nitric Oxide Synthases in Heart Failure

Abstract: Significance: The regulation of myocardial function by constitutive nitric oxide synthases (NOS) is important for the maintenance of myocardial Ca 2+ homeostasis, relaxation and distensibility, and protection from arrhythmia and abnormal stress stimuli.
