Nitric Oxide Synthase Inhibitor (MTR-105) during Open-Heart Surgery

Abstract: Objectives: Hypotension is common immediately following cardiopulmonary bypass. Experimentally, MTR-105 (S-ethylisothiuronium diethylphosphate), a fast-acting synthetic nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, rapidly increases blood pressure.
