Abstract: Fanconi Anemia (FA) is a rare genetic disorder and patients of FA exhibit progressive bone marrow failure, developmental defects and cancer predisposition. Mitochondrial dysfunction due to oxidative stress and higher levels of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) has been well documented in FA.
