Nitazoxanide refractory cryptosporidiosis complicating Burkitt lymphoma in a child

Abstract: Cryptosporidium species cause watery diarrhea in several vertebrate hosts, including humans. Most apparently, immunocompetent-infected individuals remain asymptomatic, whereas immunocompromised may develop severe or chronic cryptosporidiosis.
