Abstract:Introducción y objetivo: El nistagmo es una oscilación rítmica e involuntaria de uno o ambos ojos en el que se produce una deriva de la fijación y un movimiento de refijación. Afecta a 14-17 de cada 10.000 niños. Existen múltiples causas subyacentes. El objetivo es conocer los diferentes tipos de nistagmo no vestibular e intrusiones sacádicas no nistágmicas, con sus características, diagnóstico diferencial, etiologías, diagnóstico y tratamiento.
