Nipple aspirate fluid—A liquid biopsy for diagnosing breast health

Abstract: PurposeNipple secretions are protein‐rich and a potential source of breast cancer biomarkers for breast cancer screening. Previous studies of specific proteins have shown limited correlation with clinicopathological features.
