Niobium Pentoxide thin films employ simple colloidal suspension at low preparation temperature

Abstract: Abstract. In this work a nano-colloidal suspension is used to prepare Nb 2 O 5 thin films. The effect of different substrates on structural properties of niobium pentoxide thin film deposited by spin coating technique on silicon and quartz substrates are presented. We observed that the obtained structure is monocline in both substrates. The diffraction peaks in both substrates ensured the successful formation of Nb 2 O 5 thin films with a clear polymorphous structure. However, the structure became more crystal… Show more

“…As a result, etching time and current density may be employed to alter the size and form of the final pore structures. [16,17]. The average pore diameter was mention in Table 1 for PSi at J=12 and 30 mA/cm 2 .and there is shows that the pore diameter and roughness of the surface increase with the increasing of etching current densities The SEM test was used to analyze the surface morphology of PSi samples.…”

“…Similarly, the Ag stripes can be deposited using the focused electron-ion beam-induced deposition (FEBID) technique [ 57 ]. After completion of the structural layout of the sensor, the functional layer of PHMB can be deposited using spin coating [ 58 ]. Moreover, by controlling the speed of the spin coating and solution concentration, the desired thickness of the PHMB layer can be achieved.…”

“…From a material standpoint, the morphology of the nanocrystalline LiNbO 3 is very effective and important because it has optical characteristics that differ from those of semiconductors. Because of its excellent piezoelectric, electrooptic, non-linear optical, and acousto-optic properties [10][11][12], LN is regarded as a crucial ferroelectric material that is widely used in optical switches, optical telecommunications, and second harmonic generation imaging probes [13][14][15]. Nanomaterials of lithium niobate have been prepared by various methods, for instance, sputtering [16][17][18], molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) [19][20][21], MOCVD [22][23][24], sol-gel method [25][26][27], spin coating [28][29][30], PLD [31][32][33], wet-chemical [34][35][36], and solution-phase [37][38][39].…”
