Nifedipine Can Preserve Renal Function in Patients Undergoing Aortic Surgery with Infrarenal Crossclamping

Abstract: Sixteen patients diagnosed with an aneurysm of abdominal aorta or Leriche disease underwent elective aortic surgery involving crossclamping of infrarenal aorta (ICC).
