Abstract: Einleitung 5Es wird immer deutlicher, dass Patienten mit chronischen Nierenerkrankungen sehr häufig aus kardiovaskulärer Ursache sterben [20,21]. Dieses kardiovaskuläre Risiko ist deutlich höher als das Risiko, eine terminale Niereninsuffizienz zu erleiden [20,21,25].
