Nicotinsäure als Inhibitor der Korrosion von Aluminium‐Magnesium‐Legierungen in salzsauren Lösungen

Abstract: Untersucht wurde die Hemmwirkung von Nicotinsäure auf die Korrosion von Reinaluminium, Aluminium 98,8, Al‐Zn‐und Al‐Cu‐Legierungen in Salzsäure.

“…Both the inhibitors increase the cathode and anode polarisation considerably. DETAILED investigations have been carried out in this laboratory on the inhibition of the corrosion of aluminium and its alloys with thiourea 1-8 and nicotinic acid [1][2][3][4][5][6][9][10][11] , as well as of steel with nicotinic acid 12 in hydrochloric acid solutions. A review article 13 on thiourea and its derivatives as corrosion inhibitors covers the literature up to 1967.…”
