Abstract: Parkinson’s disease resultant in the degeneration of Dopaminergic neurons and accumulation of α-synuclein in the substantia nigra pars compacta. The synthetic therapeutics for Parkinson’s disease have moderate symptomatic benefits but cannot prevent or delay disease progression.
