Abstract:The modulation of selectivity of highly reactive carbon radical cross-coupling for the construction of C-C bonds represents a challenging task in organic chemistry. N-Heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) catalyzed radical transformations opened a new avenue for acyl radical cross-coupling chemistry. With this method, highly selective cross-coupling of acyl radical with alkyl radical for efficient construction of C-C bonds were succussfully realized. However, the cross-coupling reaction of acyl radical with vinyl radic… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
