Abstract:Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a multisystem genetic disease with autosomal recessive inheritance. CF is a progressive and life-shortening disease characterized by recurrent lung infection, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, malnutrition, growth and developmental delay.
