New taxa of Mycovellosiella parasitising forest plants of the Indian subcontinent

Abstract: Four new taxa of Mycovellosiella Rangel, M. antidesmatis sp. nov., M.eupatorii-odorati (Yen) Yen var. asteracearum var. nov., M.lantanae (Chupp) Deighton var. verbenacearum var. nov. and M.moghamiae sp. nov., collected on Antidesma ghissambila (Stilaginaceae), Eupatorium sp. (Asteraceae), Lantana camara (Verbenaceae) and Moghamia prostrata (Fabaceae), respectively, are described, illustrated and compared with allied taxa.
