New Surfactant with SP-B and C Analogs Gives Survival Benefit after Inactivation in Preterm Lambs

Abstract: BackgroundRespiratory distress syndrome in preterm babies is caused by a pulmonary surfactant deficiency, but also by its inactivation due to various conditions, including plasma protein leakage.
