New Product Development with Kano Model to Supports Supply Chain Performance of Jewelry Industry in Indonesia

Abstract

Swiss German University (SGU) has been established for 20 years. As a university committed to striving for quality education, SGU organizes its annual event, the International Conference on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology -ICONIET to give a platform for researchers, practitioners, government officials to present and discuss their works. The ICONIET 2020 consists of two sub-conferences, namely
