New Insights into Non-Listed Family SMEs in Spain: Board Social Capital, Board Effectiveness, and Sustainable Performance

Abstract: This study proposes an original structural model that analyzes the relationship between sustainable firm performance, and a board of directors’ external and internal social capital.
