New hyperkähler metrics and new supermultiplets

Abstract: We present new constructions of hyperkahler metrics along with the three new classes of N = 4 supermultiplets that they derive from. Further, we provide a general setting for understanding the constructions and give a detailed description of the multiplets in N = 2 and N = 4 superspace.

“…The metric on M k,l can be constructed via the generalised Legendre transform of Lindström and Roček [26,27], analogously to the monopole metric [18,19,23]. This, and further twistor constructions, will be discussed elsewhere.…”

“…These supermultiplets are a curved-superspace extension of the 5D superconfomal projective multiplets [20]. The latter are ordinary projective supermultiplets [18] with respect to the super-Poincaré subgroup of the 5D superconformal group.…”

“…The projective superspace formalism is one of the useful frameworks to treat the extended supersymmetries. The four-dimensional N = 2 projective superspace was established in [1,2,3]. The projective superspace formalisms were studied in two [4], three [5], five and six dimensions [6,7].…”
