New fault detection and fault-tolerant scheme for Doppler velocity logger outage in ocean navigation systems

Abstract: The inertial navigation system/Doppler velocity logger (INS/DVL) plays an important role in ocean navigation. Any DVL malfunction poses serious risks to navigation.
