“…Compounds (110) and (111) exhibited cytotoxic activity against human pancreatic cancer cells AsPC-1, SW1990 and PANC-1 ​cell line with IC 50 values of 9.5, 11.7, 9.8 ​μM and 9.9, 10.3, 15.6 ​μM, respectively. Both the compounds remain inactive against HeLa and SW480 cancer cell lines, while other compounds were inactive against all tested cell lines ( Deng et al., 2020 ).
