Abstract:This paper presents a new CMOS operational transresistance amplifier (OTRA). Besides the proposed OTRA circuit is operating at supply voltages of ±1.5 V, it has a DC open loop gain of 904 M . The application of the OTRA to realize Tow Thomas Biquad Filter is presented. The proposed OTRA and its application are simulated using CMOS 0.25 µm technology.Index Terms-CMOS operational transresistance amplifier, analog VLSI applications.
