New Approach Based on Fuzzy Hypergraphs in Granular Computing (An Application to the Urban Vulnerability Assessment)

Abstract: Classifying objects based on the simultaneous impact of various parameters has always been challenging due to heterogeneity, impact conflict, and sometimes parameter uncertainty.
