Abstract:Along with its instability, a major drawback of the well-known CsPbX 3 perovskite is lead toxicity, which motivates the development of new halides that are interesting for their optical properties. In this paper, a new antisolvent precipitation method is proposed to achieve Cs 3 MnBr 5 with a relatively narrow 520 nm green emission under UV and blue excitations.
