Abstract:This paper proposes new accurate approximations for average symbol error probability (ASEP) of a communication system employing either M-phase-shift keying (PSK) or differential quaternary PSK (DQPSK) modulation schemes, with Gray coding over κ-μ shadowed fading channel.
