Nevus Lipomatosus Cutaneous Superficialis

Abstract: Nevus lipomatosus cutaneus superficialis (Hoffman-Zurhelle) is a distinct clinical entity. A case is reported in which the lesions were large, appeared early in childhood and were linear in distribution along the natal cleft.
