Nevoid hypertrichosis, diffuse lipoatrophy and epidermal nevus: a new syndrome?

Abstract: Therefore, we believe that these treatment modalities may have played a role in the development of KS beneath the cutaneous horn in our patient.In conclusion, KS should be considered in the differential diagnosis of lesions at the base of cutaneous horns, especially when located on the lower extremities.
