Neutrosophic Soft Expert Sets

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce concept of bipolar neutrosophic soft expert set and its some operations. Also, we propose score, certainty and accuracy functions to compare the bipolar neutrosophic soft expert sets. We give examples for these concepts.Keywords: soft expert set, neutrosophic soft set, neutrosophic soft expert set, bipolar neutrosophic soft expert set.
