Abstract: Acute limb ischemia (ALI) and chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) are severe vascular conditions that can be lethal. The inflammatory response in these diseases, characterized by increased levels of neutrophils and platelets, highlights the importance of prompt management.
