Abstract: Summary. Aim: To study the correlation of pre-operative neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) with pathological stage, Fuhrman grade, sarcomatoid differentiation, tumor necrosis and lymph node positivity and its prognostic role in non-metastatic renal cell carcinoma (non-mRCC).
