Abstract:T-cell large granular lymphocytic (LGL) leukaemias are clonal proliferations of cytotoxic T-cells that are frequently associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and neutropenia and are usually controlled with immunosuppressive drugs and growth factors.
