Neutron-induced thermoluminescence properties of Tb3+-doped Ca2B2O5ceramics

Abstract: We fabricated 10 B-enriched ( 10 B ceramics) and 11 B-enriched ( 11 B ceramics) Ca 2 B 2 O 5 :Tb ceramics as thermoluminescence (TL) materials for neutron detection applications. The TL properties of the ceramics after X-ray irradiation, particle beam irradiation, and neutron irradiation were investigated.
