Abstract:We report the cases of 2 female patients, 45-year-old and 49-year-old, affected by wide-necked splenic aneurysm. We embolized the 2 lesions assisted by a new scaffolding neurovascular device, the Cascade Net, an innovative –occlusive remodeling device for temporary bridging in endovascular coil embolization of intracranial aneurysms.
