Abstract: Summary:Purpose: Our aim was to evaluate the efficacy of ESCM (electrical stimulation of the centromedian thalamic nucleus) in treatment of generalized seizures of the LennoxGastaut syndrome (LGS) and improvement of patient disability.Methods: Thirteen patients with LGS were studied.
