Abstract:Male incontinence is an important and often neglected medical problem that has a huge impact on quality of life. Men who are refractory to medications are considered for minimally invasive second‐line measures such as botulinum toxin A and neuromodulation. In this article the authors discuss the use of neuromodulation in men with refractory overactive bladder, its place in current guidelines, efficacy and potential adverse events.
