Neurology Case Report: Rapidly Progressive Dementia and Extrapyramidal Symptoms as the First Presentation of Leptomeningeal Carcinomatosis

Abstract: Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis (LC) is a rare complication of primary malignancy that spreads to leptomeninges and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
