Neurological Function of Immature Babies After Surfactant Replacement Therapy

Abstract: Surfactant replacement therapy in patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) is a new therapeutic approach. There is now convincing evidence that the incidence and severity of RDS can be reduced.
