Abstract: The literature is rich with many studies reporting different treatment modalities and approaches for cystic craniopharyngioma (CC), including microsurgery, neuroendoscopic transventricular approach, endoscopic transnasal surgery, stereotactic drainage, and Ommaya reservoir insertion.
