“…CBT has been found to have moderate effects on depression and stress reduction for PwMS (Hind et al, 2014; Reynard et al, 2014). Mindfulness has been associated with improvements in well‐being (Campbell & Pakenham, 2022; Han, 2021; Simpson et al, 2019), depression (Miller et al, 2020), anxiety, fatigue and sleep disturbances (Pagnini et al, 2019), emotion dysregulation (Schirda et al, 2020) and physical and cognitive fatigue (De la Torre et al, 2020).
