Neurobiological fundamentals of posttrumatic stress disorder – a possible role of circadian rhythms deregulations

Abstract: Posttraumatic stress disorder is a complex anxiety disorder induced by a stress factor. It is believed that this fear conditioning impairment may be crucial to PTSD development.
