There is an increasing interest in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and its impact on teaching and learning. Exploring its use as a supportive method to enhance students' capabilities is crucial. Through the literature review concerning NLP, its role in PF, and student learning, it is evident that it has not been examined. The current study aims to investigate the relationship between Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychological Flexibility (PF) levels among high school students in Najran region. The study sample consisted of 634 male and female students, selected using convenience sampling. The NLP scale by Abu-Ruman [1] and the PF scale by Singh and Nan yu [2] were utilized after ensuring their validity and reliability. The study results revealed a low level of NLP and a high level of PF among high school students in Najran Region. In addition, the results indicated a significant correlation between NLP (as a whole and its dimensions) and PF. Studying NLP and its connection to PF in secondary school students can contribute to improving educational programs and psychological interventions aimed at supporting students in developing language skills and psychological adaptation. This connection can help students enhance their communication and adaptability to psychological and social challenges. In addition, this relationship can lead to the development of more effective educational and psychological support strategies for students in this crucial stage of their lives.

The research paper pursues to know the effect of NLP practices on leadership succession planning strategy by applying to The Leaders of King Khalid University and Qualified Personnel for the Leadership position. After reviewing the literature, the researchers formulated a hypothetical model for the study that includes the central hypothesis from which six sub-hypotheses emerge, including measuring the impact of NLP pillars on leadership succession planning strategy. A sample size of 100 individuals was selected, representing the research population represented by the deans and deans of the university and colleges and heads of departments in colleges at King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia. The response rate was 82%, with 82 valid questionnaires for analysis. The study relied on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by AMOS (V.26) and SPSS (V.25) for data analysis and hypotheses. The study found a positive and significant effect between NLP and leadership succession planning strategy. NLP confirmed its re-formulation of standard mental models to understand and facilitate the process of thinking and training, which helps successive leaders understand the ideas and beliefs of current leaders and their ways of thinking in solving problems and facing crises. In addition, NLP plays a vital role in increasing the successive leader’s sense of the need to establish their reputation for outstanding performance after similarity and learning from the model. Finally, the novice leader needs a model and role model to help him control the way he feels, transforming it into positive thinking that stimulates energy and focuses on goals, which the application of NLP practices does. So, this study is recommended the necessity of activating leadership succession planning strategy within universities through establishing a leadership academy in which NLP methods are practiced, as this academy has a significant impact on achieving leadership succession and the continuation of pipelines of leaders.

Language is the key to communication. It is an important tool for people to know, understand and agree with each other. Learning a foreign language is the key to international communication. Today, learning a foreign language is a necessary and inevitable action in a developing world in every field and sense. Turkish is a language that has recently gained importance in terms of being taught and learnt as a foreign language. Political, social, cultural and military enterprises in the peripheral regions of Turkey have affected the learning situation and position of Turkish. The increase in the number of language learners who want to learn a foreign language in the world and the individual differences of the foreign language learners all over the world have paved the way for the emergence of various language teaching models, methods and techniques that will facilitate the learning of target languages and accelerate this process significantly. NLP emerges as an approach that contributes to this process. NLP is a communication-oriented psychological model that examines how people achieve success and explores how success can be learned and applied. In this study based on literature review, it has been determined that there is no NLP-supported teaching in teaching Turkish as a foreign language. The aim of this study is to introduce the NLP model, to make suggestions and to give information about why NLP techniques were used in foreign language teaching, what the role and functions of NLP were in the studies.
