Abstract:Behçet’s disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis that frequently presents with a relapsing–remitting pattern. CNS involvement (Neuro-Behçet) is rare, affecting approximately 10% of patients. Its etiological mechanisms are not yet fully understood.
