Neuraltherapie: Injektion an das Ganglion stellatum

Abstract

Entdeckt wurde die Methode vor Jahrzehnten durch die Gebrüder Huneke.In der Neuraltherapie nach Huneke werden Lokalanästhetika zu diagnostischen und therapeutischen Zwecken eingesetzt. Therapeutisch werden dabei die regulatorischen und plastischen Eigenschaften des Nervensystems einerseits über die lokale und segmentale Therapie, andererseits über das sog. Störfeld (Irritationszone außerhalb des anatomischen Segments) genutzt.Eine wichtige Rolle hierbei spielt der Sympathikus. Gezielte Reize (durch die Nadel) und gleichzeitig selektive Reizlöschung (durch das Lokalanästhetikum) beeinflussen die Organisation im peripheren und (indirekt) im zentralen Nervensystem sowie die Gewebeperfusion.Im Schmerz-und Entzündungsgeschehen kann dadurch ein Circulus vitiosus (Teufelskreis) durchbrochen werden. Die durch Studien nachgewiesenen Langzeiteffekte (Übersicht in [6, 7]) lassen sich zum größten Teil mit der modernen Neurophysiologie erklären. Das vegetative NervensystemDas vegetative Nervensystem bildet zusammen mit dem Grundregulationssystem (Übersicht in [12]) die Basis für das Verständnis der Wirkung der Neuraltherapie. Die beiden Anteile des vegetativen Nervensystems, welche jeweils mittels Afferenzen und Efferenzen die Funktion aller Organe regulieren, sind der Sympathikus und der Parasympathikus.
